Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to provide best quality products and services to our customer. In case
if you are unsatisfied with our product and service, you may contact us using our
customer support number or send a feedback email on sales@weddingmojari.com. We will
revert back at the earliest with a solution.

There will be “No Exchange/Return & No Refund” for Products purchased under any Offer /
Discount / Sale whatsoever.

If the customer cancels any style or styles once the order is processed and request for
a refund, there will be a cancellation charges of 10% on the total refund amount which will be deducted
and the balance amount will be refunded to the customer. Shipping charge is not refundable that we already paid to courier company.

Can I Return The Item?

These products are make on order products mean we ready products after received the order according customer color choice. You can return then item only these conditions.

  1. If size didn’t fit in your foot then you can change it with your desired size big or small which you want.
  2. If you received any damage or defective item then you can change it with your ordered item.

To change your item customer need to send item back to us. Return shipping charge must be paid by the buyer.

In case if www.weddingmojari.com has made the product as per the customers measurement
or if the product is “Made to Order” while placing the order, we follow “No Return No
Exchange” policy. In this case www.weddingmojari.com shall not refund any amount under
any circumstances, whatsoever.

In case of outer packing of the product is damaged then immediately verify the
quality/quantity of the product, before accepting the package from the courier company.
In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only
after putting a suitable remark as a proof on the delivery document.

We strive to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However,
in case the item is damaged during transit or there is a manufacturing defect,
weddingmojari.com shall agree to change your product. You need to send item back to us.
No refund will be provided in such case.

In case of any other complaints about product or our service you can email
www.weddingmojari.com at sales@weddingmojari.com, within 2 days of product receipt.

weddingmojari.com does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product if
customer returns any product, before receiving confirmation from www.weddingmojari.com

Return of products purchased under any offer or discount is not possible.

Any complaint regarding the order should be made within 2 days from the receipt of the
package. Complaint mail should contain comprehensive details of the defects/ complaints
of every aspect of the order/ packing or delivery as we examine the returned products
for all such defects/ variations that are defined in the customer’s email.

All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such
amount paid by customer towards Shipping & packaging charges while receiving the same
from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.

All defective products along with copy of invoice, original packing and in the original
condition as sent to the customer, shall have to be sent back to www.weddingmojari.com
within seven working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from
www.weddingmojari.com.

International Returns:
weddingmojari.com does not reimburse any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or
taxes paid on shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We
will refund the purchase price paid for the item, but we will not refund any shipping
costs, duties, fees, or taxes. In addition, weddingmojari.com reserves the right to
charge you for any import duty or taxes paid while goods are returned and we are charged
by custom department for recovering the returned package. You are responsible for all
the costs associated with returning the goods back to us. Your refund will be processed
once we receive your returned item.

Cancellation
The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of the date of placing the order.
No cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation
of item(s) in your order, we will process your refund for the items(s). You will be
notified for the same.
